TEA Community Builder Award

Available to a full-time student enrolled in their second year of study in an Agriculture program at Olds College. Awarded on the basis of demonstrated financial need. Preference will be given to students who display a positive attitude, aptitude for the industry and leadership skills. The applicant must have completed volunteer work or committee membership and demonstrate how they have given back to the community. A minimum 500 work essay, or 3-5 minute video is required, describing volunteer experience, contribution to the community and how they hope to make a meaningful impact in the agriculture industry. Successful recipient will be chosen by the donor.
