Women in STEM Scholarship

The Women in STEM Scholarship is an annual program and applicants can apply once during each intake. Applicants must meet the below criteria to be considered eligible. Women studying in science, technology, engineering and mathematics, and working to advance gender equality in their field can apply.

Eligibility criteria

• Applicants identify as a woman studying in STEM.
• Be a Canadian citizen, Permanent Resident or Protected Person (visa students are not eligible).
• Be a resident of Alberta.
• Be a registered (full or part-time) student in an approved Alberta post-secondary institution.
• Indigenous women, racialized women and women living with a disability are strongly encouraged to apply.
• There is no age limit.
