Currently, these programs include Professional Racetrack Exercise Rider Program and the Professional Racetrack Groom Course. Financial need. Other – the worthy individual is to be chosen by Olds College (Horse Racing) Instructor and Horse Racing Alberta Representative in consultation with the Reid Family (as represented by Dr. David C. Reid).
