Joy Johnston-Quantz Memorial Fund

In 1983 William and Margaret Johnston established this award, in honour of family members, to assist young women to pursue a career in the Home Economics Field. It was first awarded in 1984.
Several members of the Johnston family have attended Olds College starting in 1921: Ada Elizabeth Stevenette, Oscar Perceval “Perce” Quantz, Mini Paxton, Joy Johnston, Irene Miller, and John Oscar Quantz.
